Hazrat Ruqyya (SA) Quranic Institute, An Honor for Saudi Arabia’s Shias

The Hazrat Ruqayya (SA) Quranic Institute was established Qom in 2007 by Saudi Shias residing in the holy city.

The institute, which was inaugurated concurrent with the Eid Al-Qadir of the year 1427 after Hijra, makes endeavors to spread the Quranic culture.
It organizes different Quranic activities including courses on principles of Tajweed, Tarteel and Tahghigh recitation of the Holy Quran, and memorization, translation of specialized Quranic books, and producing Quranic TV programs.
The institute is committed to the principles and teachings of the Holy Quran and reliance on the Seerah of the Holy Quran and attaches importance to cooperating with other Quranic institutes and activists.
The Hazrat Ruqyya (SA) Quranic Institute aims to train Quranic generations by spreading the teachings of the Holy Book among students, the youth and others.
It also plans to hold special courses on Quran interpretation and Hadith, Quran interpretation, nahj-ul-Balaqa and Sahifeh Sajjadiyah.
In addition to Iran, it has carried out Quranic programs in other countries like Syria, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and a number of Latin American, European and African countries.
With only a few years of activities, the institute has been quite successful on its path and managed to take effective measures to serve the Quran and foster the teachings of the Book of God.
A number of eminent clerics from Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia, including grand source of emulation Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi, head of Al-Rahman Quranic Center Sheikh Abdullah Yasin  and deputy chancellor of Al Al-Bayt (AS) World University Hojat-ol-Islam Abdul Muhsin Al-Baghshi have visited the institute and praised its activities.
