In a speech on Saturday, Houthi hailed Hezbollah and its secretary general for presenting a distinguished model for over 40 years.

He said that the Yemeni people, with their steadfastness and resilience over the past 8 years, encompassed a fine model of victory, adding, that it is what freedom fighters in Palestine, Iraq, Syria, and Hezbollah did.

On the issue of normalization, the top Yemeni figure said that “arrogant tyrants are attempting to subjugate the Islamic Ummah (nation) by raising the title of normalization with Israel not to mention violating the sanctities of Muslims.

“This reveals their methods for taming Muslims to accept these violations, as they did previously against the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Palestinian people,” he added.

The Ansarullah movement strongly condemned Saudi Arabia last month for allowing Zionist elements to desecrate the sacred Islamic rites in Mecca and Medina, stressing that “the facilitations provided by the Saudi regime to the Jews come at a time when millions of pilgrims are barred from performing the Hajj.”

In a statement, the movement added that a “visit of the Zionist channel's correspondent to Mecca and Mount Arafat, as well as other sacred sites, is a flagrant attack on Islamic sanctities and a provocation to Muslim feelings.”
